home that I couldn't reach which was above and beyond the work he was sent here to do.

My initial meeting was with John, the owner of the company. He was very knowledgeable, professional and very forthcoming with his information. He advised me that the new electrical outlet installed in the slab would be labor intensive and extremely messy to a home that is lived in with furnishings. He informed me of a much cheaper way to accomplish our goal and a savings of approximately $1,000. The 2 smaller jobs were performed this morning by Chuck, a company employee and a licensed electrician. Chuck was thorough, performed the jobs very professionally and even helped me to indicate the colored wires on 5 new smoke /carbon detectors that I was installing as I am color blind. Chuck even called me to ask if he could arrive 2 hours early. My overall experience was even more than I had anticipated and would definitely use Pingston Electric again.

We couldn't have been happier with the service provided. Our old box was a mess, to the point where it was hot to the touch and we could smell burning plastic. Pingston was able to get out here quickly and patch things up to the point where we weren't going to burn the house down! A few days later they came out and replaced the panel. It was a situation where we needed to fix things quickly and they didn't take advantage of the situation and over charge.
